Bring to every practice:
Water, soccer shin
guards, socks that cover the shin guards, cleats and appropriate practice
clothes.
Also always bring sneakers and a mouth guard.

To
tryout you must be a senior who gets chosen for All-State
The NH Lions Cup team plays the VT team at Castleton State College sometime in July. You go to Castleton on Wednesday night and check into rooms. Practice double sessions Thursday and Friday and play Saturday. You get fed in the college cafe.
