Voluntary Summer Workouts

 All workouts will be at St. Thomas unless noted otherwise.

All workouts are voluntary - attendance is only taken for Covid19 precautions.

Remeber to remain in your vehicle until you are temp scanned and you hand in your check-in sheet

Remember to bring a water bottle, hand sanitizer and mask.

(Also I know I shouldn't have to say this - but - Cleats, Running Shoes, Shinguards with Socks that can cover them)
