2009 St. Thomas Alumni Soccer Team

From Left to Right

Jason Suleski ’07,  Mike Ernsting '09, Nick Blunier '08, Jamie Phontharaksa ’07,

 Joel DiPeitro ’07, Byron Greenwood '09, and Alex Longbottom '08.

Four of these players won Class I All-State honors in their day and
proved they still had some skill by beating the current team.

Since a few alumni members had to work and some actually choose to attend
a Red Sox Yankees game over the annual event,
Team Captains Doug Crow, Ken Grade and Ross Suleski
along with starting varsity Sweeper Niko Rignoli were added to the alumni team.

This brought the total up to six All-State Players that the current team had to play against.

Coach Suleski and Coach Salvacion would like to thank all the Alumni for coming back to help

kick off what we hope will be another successful season of St. Thomas Soccer.

It means a lot that our alumni care enough about our program to take time out of their schedules
or miss a Red Sox Yankees game.

Thanks also to all the parents who helped set up the picnic afterwards.
